Rovings & Pencil Rovings

Prices include, washing, carding/pricking and processing your fibers into rovings.
1. Your raw medium/coarse fibers processed for regular roving:
           6 lbs. per run or more - $7.60 per lb.
   Your raw medium/coarse fibers processed for pencil roving:
           30 lbs. per run or more - $8.00 per lb.

2. Your pre-washed medium/coarse fibers processed for regular roving:
          2 way swirls, and pencil roving:
          4 lbs. or more roving swirls - $6.60 or more per lb.
          15 lbs. or more for pencil roving - $6.85 or more per lb.

3. Your raw fine wool, mohair, alpaca, llama, dog hair, and other exotic fibers processed for roving:
6 lbs. per run or more - $8.20 per lb.
30 lbs. or more for pencil roving - $8.45 per lb.

4. Your raw 3 way swirls or more layered batting or variegated batting or roving, and angora or silk blends and swirls:
6 lbs. per run or more - $8.25 per lb.

5. Your pre-washed fine wools, mohair, alpaca, llama, dog hair, and other exotic fibers processed for regular roving:
Regular Roving: 4 lbs. per run or more - $7.10 per lb.
Pencil Roving: 15 lbs. or more - $7.90 per lb.

6. Your pre-washed 3 way swirls or more layered batting or variegated batting or roving, and angora or silk blends and swirls:
4 lbs. per run or more - $7.25 per lb.

7. We process angora for roving at $13.00 per 1 lb. minimum per run or more.

(ANY RUNS UNDER THE MINIMUM LIMIT WILL BE $13.00 PER LB. PER RAW
OR PREWASHED ORDERS, EX: 1# @ $13.00)

Super fine wools will noil or pill in the carding process.
To avoid this we recommend combed tops to remove these noils and sharp fibers.

NO ADULT MOHAIR for Pencil Roving.

You may have your fibers dyed prior to a run for pencil roving at $7.85 per clean lb. See dye chart for choices.
